Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Trial2Member website and any intake audit calls booked through it. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These Terms are primarily aimed at gym, studio and related business users in the United Kingdom.
1. Who we are
Trial2Member is a UK-based service helping independent gyms and studios improve first-visit-to-member conversion using simple intake funnels and automation (“we”, “us”, “our”).
You can contact us at team@trial2member.com.
2. Website content and no guarantees
- The information on this site is provided for general information only and does not constitute formal advice (financial, legal, tax or medical).
- We aim to keep the information accurate and up to date but make no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about completeness, accuracy or suitability.
- Any examples, case studies or performance illustrations are for demonstration only and do not guarantee specific results for your gym or studio.
3. Intake audit calls and services
- When you book an intake audit call, you agree to provide accurate information about your business so the call can be useful.
- The audit call itself is provided free of charge and does not create any obligation for you to purchase further services.
- Any paid work (such as building and running an intake funnel) will be agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement with its own terms, including scope, fees and responsibilities.
4. Your responsibilities
- You agree to use this website in a lawful way and not to attempt to disrupt or interfere with its operation.
- You are responsible for confirming that any intake funnel or messaging we propose is appropriate for your members, your brand and any rules that apply to your facility (including health and safety, safeguarding and advertising rules).
- If you share data about your leads or members with us, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that you will comply with your own data protection responsibilities as a controller.

- your use of, or inability to use, this website; or
- reliance on any information or materials provided on this website or during free intake audit calls.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.
8. Indemnity (business users)
If you use this site or our services in a way that causes loss, damage or legal claim against us, you agree (to the extent permitted by law) to indemnify us for reasonable losses, costs and expenses arising from your misuse, violation of these Terms or infringement of any rights of a third party.
